Recently I have discovered for myself that the best way to handle doubting thoughts in your mind is simply reassuring yourself that you are doing a great job. See how you feel right that second. You will be amazed how muscles tension slowly disappears, breathing slows down and you start feeling more at peace. Isn't it amazing knowing that if you assure yourself that you are good enough, you will be able to handle the pressure of your own negative thoughts or actions of other people?
